Product Overview
Our independently developed and manufactured S11/13-M series fully-sealed oil-immersed power Transformers feature low loss, low noise, and high efficiency, delivering excellent energy-saving performance while reducing environmental impact. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, our fully-sealed design eliminates the oil conservator. Instead, the corrugated tank's elasticity automatically compensates for oil volume variations, completely isolating the transformer from air. This effectively prevents oil degradation and insulation aging, significantly enhancing operational reliability while requiring no maintenance during normal operation.

4.Maximum monthly average relative humidity: 90% at 20°C
5.Installation requirements: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation in environments free from fire/explosion hazards, severe contamination, chemical corrosion, or excessive vibration.
Key Features
1.Core construction utilizes premium imported cold-rolled silicon steel laminations, significantly reducing no-load losses and excitation current. The tightly bound core ensures structural integrity and noise reduction.
2.Windings employ oxygen-free copper conductors:
LV windings: Double-layer cylindrical design for ≤500kVA units, foil-wound construction for ≥630kVA
HV windings: Multi-layer cylindrical structure
3.Dyn11 vector group configuration minimizes harmonic distortion, improving power quality
4.Hermetically sealed design extends service life, eliminating the need for core inspections or maintenance
5.Verified noise levels below standard requirements
Installation & Commissioning
After standard transportation, these transformers can be directly installed without core inspection. Following assembly of relevant components, standard acceptance testing may be conducted prior to energization and operation.
